>How to Switch to RTCM MSM7 Messages<

In RTK base station mode, the default RTCM message type output by the P-70 Ultra is MSM4. If you need to change the message type to MSM7, please follow these steps:

For Windows

Download and run "NavStarTool".

  Select the port corresponding to "Enhanced COM Port", set the baud rate to "230400 bps", and click the "Switch" icon. If data starts scrolling in the "NMEA" window, the connection is successful.

The port numbers in the screenshot may vary depending on the computer and are for reference only.

Click "Receiver" - "Receiver Settings".

  Click "Read from Chip".

  Navigate to "Receiver Parameters" - "Output RTCM MSM Version", and select "MSM7".

  Click "Send to Chip" to save the settings. When you see "setting is done successfully," it means the modification has taken effect.

Verify Output Messages. Click "Receiver" - "Console".

  In the left window, you should see the "RTCM MSM7" message being output.
