>How to Change the Baud Rate<

Warning! The default baud rate of the P-70 Ultra is "230400bps". Changing it to a different baud rate may cause Bluetooth to malfunction. When the baud rate is modified, both wired communication channels will be adjusted simultaneously. The primary purpose of modifying the baud rate is to make the P-70 Ultra compatible with software that does not support the default baud rate or to integrate it with an embedded system.
Do not modify other options in the configuration interface, as this may cause the device to malfunction.

For Windows

Download and run "NavStarTool".

Select the port corresponding to "Enhanced COM Port", set the baud rate to "230400 bps", and click the "Switch" icon. If data starts scrolling in the "NMEA" window, the connection is successful.

The port numbers in the screenshot may vary depending on the computer and are for reference only.

Click "Receiver" - "Receiver Settings".

  Click "Read from Chip".

Navigate to "System Parameters" - "Baudrate" and select the desired baud rate.

Click "Send to Chip" to save the settings. When you see "setting is done successfully," it means the modification has taken effect.

Important! When modifying the baud rate again in the future, you must first set it to the current baud rate before making further changes.
