In order to obtain higher
accuracy, please read the following important
information before download:
However, the placement
position can significantly affect the accuracy. |
Driving
Place it under the windshield of
the vehicle and face up, which is the ideal location for
on-board logging.
Recommendation: ★★★ |
|
|
Walking
Hand held, face up. The outline of
a certain area can be drawn on foot.
But don't put it in your
pocket, because your body will block the GNSS signal,
which will significantly reduce the accuracy.
Recommendation: ★★★

|
|
Carrying
It can be placed in a bag with the
receiving side facing out.
However, doing so will
also reduce accuracy.
Recommendation: ★
|
|
|
Different placement of the same usage scene will result
in a huge difference in accuracy. For example, holding
it up in hand and putting it in pocket when walking,
the accuracy will vary greatly.

Observe the GNSS status lamp
In an ideal open-air environment, when a sufficiently
high accuracy is obtained, the GNSS status lamp changes
from flashing green to blue, indicating that it is
currently in a higher-precision positioning state.
You can adjust the placement
position by observing the color of the GNSS status lamp.

About the positioning
accuracy
The positioning ability of P-1
Mark II: Horizontal position accuracy is 1.5m/CEP(50%),
4.0m/CEP(95%)
CEP refers to Circular Error Probable.
1.5m/CEP(50%)* means that the probability of the track
points falling within a 1.5m radius is greater than 50%;
4.0m/CEP(95%)* means that the probability of the track
points falling within a 4.0m radius is greater than 95%
.
* Data from testing in ideal
open-air environments, the placement position can
significantly affect the accuracy.
